How to rent:

   Prospective renters should contact the Manager at (585) 492-4802 to arrange an appointment. When the renter has decided on the size of the unit, the Manager will assign a vacant unit by identification number and a contract will be drawn up. This contract, which is in conformance with New York State Law, requires information about the renter, including verifying identification such as a driver’s licence.

   The rental rates, which are adjusted from time to time, will be discussed with the renter and payment of the first month’s rent plus a security deposit, equivalent to one month’s rent, will be required. The security deposit will be returned to the renter upon inspection of the unit after departure, assuming the unit is in the same condition prior to renting and has been broom swept.  

   Discounts are available for extended term usage. All conditions of rental are more completely defined in the rental contract.

   The Arcade Mini Storage offices are open during set hours, on a daily basis.The Manager may be contacted at (585) 492-4802, Advanced notice of rental requirements is helpful, thus allowing the Manager to better ensure unit availability. Renters typically supply their own locks, although locks are also available at the Mini Storage office for purchase. It should be noted that only the renter holds the keys to their storage unit.
